One of these days, looking within, I had the realization that in the mornings I could get a lot done, and in the afternoons, after lunch, my mind would digress into much more creative activities, pursuing new ideas and projects.
My mornings, are not calm. They are usually packed with meetings, and focus on pushing projects forward. However, during these initial four hours, I never feel overwhelmed, and I'm able to progress in a lot of things. It's the ideal time for hard, methodic, and focused work. It's during these early hours that I find my mind sharp, ready to tackle challenges with unwavering determination. Structured tasks and deep concentration are ideal, during this time.
As the day unfolds, a subtle shift occurs. The afternoons unveil a different side of me. Usually the energy levels go down, but it's the time that I find easier to think long term, make strategical decisions, and do creative work. At this point, ideas flow freely, and the spirit is eager to embark on ventures that spark innovation and originality.
This newfound understanding of my daily rhythm has become a compass. It's incredible how recognizing and embracing your natural flow of energy and focus can make such a difference.
